There is a possibility to arrange a separate block of offices on the second and on the third floor of "Kempa Center" building, the general area being 1080 sq m. Bearing in mind the frame structure of the building, there is a possibility of free office planning
(trading halls included) with separate household and toilet rooms. For the time being the premises mentioned are reserved). If necessary and in case of a concrete proposition, these premises could be thoroughly decorated and furnished in a three- or four-month period of time.
